RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Product Satisfaction Guarantee

0-30 Days: Product may be returned within 30 days after the original date of purchase (order date) for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

31-90 Days: Unopened product may be returned within 31-60 days for a 90% refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. Please note that food and perishable items are non- refundable.

Clubco Direct does not refund shipping and handling fees. Customers, Club and/or Reward Members may return merchandise by completing the following process:

  • Call 1-833-3CLUBCO Monday thru Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST
  • You will receive appropriate return instructions form a member care team
  • Provide a copy of your invoice or your order number
  • Ship products via carrier of your choice to

Refund Policy

Once received and inspected your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or method of payment with (3) business days.

Shipping Costs

Returning products are the responsibility of the Customer, Club and/or Reward Member returning the product. All returns must be shipped to Clubco Direct pre-paid, as Clubco Direct does not accept shipping collect packages. Clubco Direct recommends shipping returned product via UPS or FedEx with tracking and insurance, as risk of loss or damage in shipping of the returned product shall be borne solely by the Customer, Club and/or Reward Member. If returned product is not received at the Clubco Direct Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the Customer, Club Member and/or Reward Members to trace the shipment, and no credit will be applied.

Reward Members

Any commissions and bonuses earned on the returned products will be deducted “claw back” from the refund amount on all return transactions. Returned product may impact bonuses and commissions paid to the upline enroller/placement. Club and/or Reward Member must be in good standing.

The return of $500 or more of products accompanied by a request for a refund within a calendar year, by a Reward Member, may constitute grounds for involuntary termination.

Cancellation Policy: If a Customer, Club and/or Reward Member wishes to cancel an order, please call customer service at 801-438-4732. We can only cancel orders before it ships. If an order has already shipped, please refer to the return policy.
